Terms of Service

These Terms of Service apply to your use of Watch Me Run, including the iOS app and the public website at watchmerunapp.com. By using Watch Me Run, you agree to use the service responsibly and to follow these terms.

What Watch Me Run does

Watch Me Run helps runners, supporters, and fans follow race schedules, public meet information, featured athletes, and race-day links. Some information is entered by users, some is submitted for review, and some may come from public race or meet sources.

Your account

• You are responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your Apple ID and device secure.
• You must provide accurate profile and race information when you choose to share it.
• You may delete your account in the app from Settings > Account & Privacy > Delete account.

User content and public profiles

You may add profile information, profile photos, race entries, external links, meet information, flags, and feedback. You keep ownership of content you provide, but you give Watch Me Run permission to host, display, process, and moderate that content so the app can operate.

Public profile information and public race schedules may be visible in the app and on public web share pages. Private schedules are intended to be visible only to approved followers.

Acceptable use

Do not upload, submit, link to, or share content that:

• is hateful, harassing, bullying, threatening, sexually explicit, exploitative, violent, or otherwise objectionable;
• impersonates another person, team, meet, organization, or athlete without permission;
• violates someone else's privacy, publicity rights, intellectual property rights, or other rights;
• includes spam, scams, malware, deceptive links, or attempts to interfere with the app or its infrastructure;
• misrepresents race, meet, team, athlete, subscription, or payment information; or
• breaks the law or encourages illegal conduct.

Reports, blocking, and moderation

Watch Me Run includes ways to report profile, follower, meet, race, and link issues from within the app. You can also contact us at hello@watchmerunapp.com. We review reports and act on urgent objectionable content within 24 hours, including removing content or restricting accounts when appropriate.

You can block abusive users where blocking controls are available. We may remove content, limit visibility, suspend access, or preserve information when needed to protect users, comply with law, or operate the service safely.

Meet, race, and third-party information

Race schedules, meet links, results links, logos, and other public sports information can change quickly and may contain errors. You should verify important race-day information with the official meet, race, team, school, federation, or timing provider.

If you submit meet logos, athlete links, streaming links, or other third-party materials, you must have the right to provide them. Watch Me Run may remove third-party content if we believe it is inaccurate, unauthorized, or inappropriate.

Subscriptions

Watch Me Run may offer auto-renewing subscriptions through Apple's in-app purchase system. Subscription pricing, duration, renewal, cancellation, and refund handling are managed by Apple and shown before purchase. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple account settings.

Unless a separate written agreement applies, Apple's standard End User License Agreement also applies to the iOS app.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your choices.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as Watch Me Run evolves. We will update the effective date at the top of this page when we do. Material changes may also be announced in the app or on the Watch Me Run website.
